The room was sizeable, and clean which are both very important to me. The bathroom included a spa bath and had good water pressure & temperature. The location was perfect for the next portion of my travels and an easy walk to the old town, sights & restaurants. Easy access to public transport.

I felt very at home / comfortable. The bathroom seemed very new. Very nice. It was also very nice to have a separate living room with fridge although I do wish the fridge was colder. I couldn't find a way of turning the temperature down. The bed was good. The AC in the bedroom worked very well and the place was quite quiet. I would stay again.

This place saved me because the original accomodation i booked was a scam. It's a bit old timey but comfortable. The bath tub was a bit stained but the cleaner was there everyday to clean the toilet, replace the towels and leave more toiletries. There is a fridge, a kettle and a tv in the room. Since it is located on a main street, there is a lot of noise but closing the window makes it better. Everybody at the reception are polite and helpful.

The location was ideal--very central. The price was great. The manager, Flory, was very helpful. She worked with us and let us move into another room after our first one didn't meet our expectations. The new room was exactly what we wanted for a comfortable four night visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet.

Great location, staff very nice, rooms spacious and clean. Was nice and quiet even through it was very central. Easy walk to old town and tonnes of restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.

Great location, just 5 mins walk from University Square & only further few mins walk into old town area. Great pizza and snack/breakfast outlets just 1min walk from hotel, plus a mini market. Metro & bus stops 5 mins walk away. Room fairly basic but clean and everything we needed. Staff were great & lent me a UK adapter to charge my phone. Shower and bath were great, hot water. Smart TV in room. Was happy that room looked as they look in photos online.

From the welcoming at reception, to the massive size of the room(!), the location and the weather, everything was perfect. The lady in reception was very friendly and had a great sense of humour, the cleaners went above and beyond and kept the room tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the room was amazing, exactly like the pictures.

The staff was very friendly, did a free check-in even if we arrived early in the morning, like 6am. We had a very quiet room even if the hotel is located in the central part of the city. Totally recomand to everyone. We loved Bucharest! And a small advice to tourists is that don't get a taxi from the road, just download the Uber app is safer and faster. Thanks to the Relax Suites Hotel team!
